But my head has been hurting all day. To the point where it hurts to look at the screen.

I’m fairly positive that I need more Sleep, Water, Food and Sunlight. Also, I’m fairly positive that I need less Computer Screens, Keyboards, Long Drawn out Blog Posts and Mocha Frappacinos.
