There seems to be a complete lack of inspiration lately, but don’t get worried it’s just a cycle. I work in cycles of unexpected Creativity and Productivity. Right now seems to be a loll where images are flat, color is dull & Fonts look like letters but I still can’t read them.

Normally I wouldn’t be worried about that, but lately I’ve been trying to come up with a business side to this here visualcoma of mine. I plan to change things up a little bit, but for the most part things will remain the same. I’m even going to get a business card, ooooh aaaah…

I’ve come to like the minimalist style so much that all i want is a white page with some black words on it. Maybe I’ll give it a shot

Do you ever got those moments in time where you realize that things are good?

Do you ever got those moments in time where you realize that things are good? Hold on for a moment and let me pull that statement into reality.

It’s not quite and epiphany, but it’s close. More or less it’s that moment where you’re standing at the end of the drive way and you look back over your shoulder and in a glance you see kids, family, home, security, happiness, life, joy, excitement, and a lot of other things that just seem to be there.

On the flip side there are those moments where you realize, your job, your house, lack of inspiration, the struggle to produce, the expectations you’ve created for yourself, the goals you haven’t reached; and with each thought your head kinda gets pulled a notch at a time closer to the ground.

Today so far has been one of the moments where it’s not quite an epiphany, but it’s close. I woke up this morning and I looked over my shoulder and realized, “I’ve got some work to do, and I’m kind of excited about doing it.” Then I looked back and glanced over to the other side and realized, “regardless of all the stuff I actually have to do and haven’t done I’m excited to be where I am” (or I’ve drank too much coffee this morning and now I’m just daydreaming.)

Regardless of how our days are, it’s the heavy day that make to good day so Good. I know this whole concept is nothing new, but this is one of my favorite things to daily recognized. It kind of reminds me of riding an inner-tube down the river. If you don’t recognize where you’re at in the river how can you react to the situation you’re in properly.

For me today seems like a light rapid day, kinda fun but there’s a chance I could hit my butt on a rock.

have fun :-)
