Truth is, even though you may not be able to tell, this is actually a completely New Theme based on a Parent Child Structure I’ve been working on for a couple of weeks. I’m really excited to see it develop. There is also one other feature I am trying out that you’ll see in the comments section. It’s a comment system running through Intense Debate.

At first it was a tough call between Intense Debate && Discus (which was recommended by Christopher Doherty of Lightvox) but scales were tipped when I remembered that Intense Debate is owned by Automattic.

Let me know what you think of the new comments section. I’m not totally sold on it yet, but I expect IntenseDebate to go through some serious overhauls through out the next year as WordPress and Automattic continue to gain speed.

Usually my Monday is a bit of a scramble and a shuffle until about 12 noon, then it always seems to calm down to normal weekday status. But every now and then I’ll get something that starts on Monday and by Friday it’s about that↓ time.

There is a little bit of Visual Updates, I tried to keep things similar and build off what I already have. Most of the Update is in the background. I’ve been working diligently on organizing Functions and incorporating Standard Blogging Tools into my themes With out the need of Plugins.

If you happen to see a lot of my post being updated through RSS that just means Im cleaning up the Categories and Tags.

Now that Natalie Grant’s Site is complete we’ve been working through a few bugs, and I’m moving on to a review of MercyMe’s Site. Blogs are an interesting breed of Web. They seem to accumulate a lot of content really fast and if you’re not careful it starts to get all jumbled up and messy. (you know what im talking about)

I read about 50 posts from various blogs this morning and replied to a few. I felt bad for Culmer on this one, and i laughed at PD about one of his. Life in the kitchen office is fairly laid back. The only rule is, no drinks at the table and remember to save often.

If there was one Musician that you would like to read about, or you wish they had a blog who would it be?

I’ll say this right off. im not a camera person and certainly not a video guy, but you never know. Maybe i’ll be famous one day and i’ll have to be on tv and then i’ll have everything i dont need. :-)

At any rate, maybe i’ll have it on one day and you’ll just happen to click through here and you can see me typing on my computer, wouldn’t that just be cool. I’ve always wanted to watch someone type on there computer. Well at least if you do come through and you see me on here you should at least make fun of me for doing it.

For now its just the rainbow screen for me. And by the way if it is live i’ll swap it out with the calendar so you wont have to wonder. Because I know you’ll always wonder. (and i promise no shower scenes.

Here it is. I would have to say that on a grand scale its not that much different to look at but from the inside out i put alot of new tidbits in. Also I reworked the design for more control of content. (good for me)

My other goal here was to be able to work in some of my own personal style. I really like drawing stange things and taking images and mixing them up with other images. so I hope you get a kick out of what you might find. I kinda feel like this is my little playground so have fun.

I know im not a supper blogger by any means and I dont really have that much too say a lot of times. Thats fine with me, im ok with it. but I always find this interesting.

If you could run the numbers for people that came to my blog from a search you would find that ‘jack in the box‘ is my top source. Are there really that many people out there looking to make a Jack Sandwich?
