Different Kinds of Faith
There are many kind of faith in the world, and Im not talking about different beliefs. Im talking about the difference between a person who opens a door on faith and a person who waits for the door to open on faith. (this is not meant to be compared to the verse about knocking and the door shall be opened)
If you could define your faith by defining your polar opposite what would it be?
My polar opposite is the person that does and says things on a blind leap of faith. On average I like to wait and test the water, see what’s going on first. I’ll admit, sometime even I have to close my eyes and jump.
just remember that even though the north pole is on the top and the south pole is on the bottom, their both covered in Ice…
this post hurt my brain. it’s so philosophical (is that even the right word to use to describe this post?)… i like the way you’re thinking, i just need to come back after lunch and read it again. i like your last sentence about both poles being covered in ice, i’m gonna think that one over in church this morning instead of listening to whatever else might be going on.
